We are here with an Entrepreneur's Table every Tuesday for breakfast. The breakfast buffet is always fresh and looks accordingly good. It also admits no complaints. Unfortunately, the light installation in the winter garden is not exactly ideal for lectures. Also, it draws something in the winter and the heating is quite loud. Whatever might be considered, is a new coffee machine. Unfortunately, the cups are always flooded. The service on site is still very good.

New Year 2019, and we wanted to enjoy coffee and cake with the family in the afternoons. However, we were at the bar very unfriendly with the words, "I come to the table it is not self-service." Okay, I thought to myself, but we really just wanted to ask what types of cake are at the counter ... Totally unfriendly, she went through all 6 varieties in a rush, on renewed demand, only teacher's came the slow repetition. After that, we wished you a happy new year and left! We would not have expected something so unfriendly. Just do not want to work, the whole troupe. 3 ladies. No friendly welcome and no happy new year desired!

I’m from Canada where the customer service is very important And we go extra Kms to make sure the Customers are happy and satisfied. this afternoon we arrive to this so called the restaurant, first of all the staff were not friendly and at the same time very rude instead of being helpful we had the impression off they don’t want to serve us and place had no customers however that was a very bad experience for me and I would not recommend this place to no one.

Unbelievably bad service. So what I have not experienced in my 30 years. Rude way to serve guests. What kind of service is this? Never again would I go here. I would fire all the employees and exchange them with work-friendly employees.
